We follow the ASME boiler and pressure vessels code. We are ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) certified, with its S, U, R & PP vessel code stamp certifications. This guarantees we follow ASME Boiler codes and ASME Pressure Vessel codes when doing pressure vessel fabrication, heat exchanger fabrication, and other pressure parts connected directly to a boiler (which include superheaters and economizers).

ASME BOILERS
While a boiler is also an ASME pressure vessel, it is specially made to hold hot liquids at high pressure (instead of gases). The boiler is the tank that holds the liquid that is heated up by another heat source.
ROCKDUST TANKS
These pressurized rockdust tanks are used in coal mines as a safety feature. They store Rock dust made from limestone which is used to coat the coal mine walls.
ASME PRESSURE VESSELS
ASME Pressure Vessels are designed to be the strongest, most resistant pressurized tank. We ensure excellent High-Pressure Vessel repair and fabrication with our ASME S, U, R & PP stamp certifications.
HEAT EXCHANGER FABRICATION
This is a high-pressure vessel used to transfer heat from one fluid to another. Heat exchanger fabrication can be used in both the cooling and heating process.

We can do ASME pressure vessel fabrication for any boiler, high-pressure vessel, vacuum, or ASME tank necessary for your facility. On-time, and within your budget. We fabricate your product in our welding and machine shop and can either ship the product directly to you, or personally install your custom vessel.
Throughout the welding process, as well as when the pressure vessel is finished, we do non-destructive ASME boiler testing and ASME pressure vessel testing. This includes dye penetrate, magnetic particle, ultrasound, and x-ray testing. And if this doesn’t give you enough peace of mind, we also wanted to let you know that we are insured by the Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection & Insurance Company for both ASME pressure vessels and ASME boilers.
