Barclay Mechanical has had a fab shop since 1980. We have a strong team of ASME welders and a fully-equipped fab shop that enables us to fabricate almost anything out of metal. FAB SHOP EQUIPMENT
MACHINING
We have a machining shop with various CNC machines to do our steel fabrication. Including a CNC Mill, CNC Waterjet Table and CNC Plasma Cutter.
PLATE SHEAR
All projects require the metal plate to be specific sizes. This plate shear allows us to cut up to 12 feet of plate to the desired length and width.
PLATE ROLLING
We can roll all sheet metal into your desired circumference to aid in the fabrication of any project.
LARGE CAPACITY BANDSAW
Our large-capacity bandsaw enables us to cut any size of metal pipe, i-beam, or angle iron.
PRESS BRAKE
Many projects require a plate to be bent at a 90-degree angle. Our machine can bend metal plate at obtuse and acute angles to match the requirements of all projects.
ASME CERTIFIED WELDING
We have the most talented, ASME certified welders. We can complete any type of arch welding with exact precision. This includes TIG welding stainless steel pipe, or MIG welding carbon steel.
