Industrial Equipment Installation
Not only can we do industrial equipment installation, but we can also do large-scale industrial equipment fabrication and repair.
INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION, FABRICATION, AND REPAIR
Barclay Mechanical has been doing industrial equipment installation, fabrication, and repair for over 40 years. A majority of our process equipment fabrication and installation is on an industrial scale. We do full installation rebuilds for companies like Owens Corning, GAF, Airgas, Smithfield Foods, etc.
The truth is, industrial equipment eventually becomes overly used and needs to be repaired or replaced. The downside to that is you now need to invest in upgrading your processing equipment which can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. But don’t worry, we make this process as affordable as possible and can customize your industrial equipment installation and fabrication, which will help it operate in the most efficient way.
If you are looking to do an entire facility overhaul of your processing equipment, or do stainless steel food processing equipment repair, we are your one-stop-shop. We ensure the shutdown process goes as smooth and fast as possible, giving our clients optimal production days. We pride ourselves on the fact that our team at Barclay Mechanical is made up of the hardest working welders. Most of our industrial processing clients come to us with large, industrial projects, that involve a variety of needs, such as food industry pipe welding, food containment vessel manufacturing, smokestacks installation, etc. That is why our motto is, “Barclay Mechanical Can Do!” We not only do structural steel fabrication, but we also do process piping and industrial construction contracting. This makes us your one-stop-shop for all of your industrial equipment installation needs.

We did food processing equipment repair at a turkey processing facility. We fixed a batch dryer. This batch dryer is used to dry large volumes of grain. The grain is then used to feed their turkeys.
We help various clients in the food processing industry. Some projects have including potato processing plants, sweet potato processing plants, corn processing plants, turkey farms, pig farms, and cow farms.
Regardless of the type of food processing facility expansion or renovation, our clients comment that Barclay Mechanical makes the design, build, and installation process as stress-free as possible (read the reviews).
Typically we are the lowest bidder and get the job done faster. We have this competitive capability because we are a non-union-based company. This means our employees don’t have to stop once they meet their daily quota on welds. They work their hardest from the moment they clock in, to the moment they clock out. Each day they strive to beat their personal best while maintaining safety and quality. This results in first-rate jobs done faster.
