WASTEWATER PROCESSING SYSTEM
Wastewater processing system involves all the piping and valves necessary to effectively purge the water of solids, then sanitize the dirty water. This is one example of a specific processing system that we do.
FUEL SYSTEM
We build complete fueling systems. These systems include an enclosed area for the fuel storage, fueling pumps, and the piping going underground. As well as the accessible fueling stations with the included structural port.
SKIDS
We fabricate modular “systems” that are called process skids. This allows an entire process system to be built on one platform and then easily transported and installed into your processing facility.
REFINERY SYSTEMS
Refineries have an array of systems necessary to complete their function of processing oil. These functions are typically referred to as units. Some of them including Hydrogen Desulfurization Plant/Sulfer Recover Unit (HDS/SRU), Alkylation Plant (ALKY), Rail Gas Unit (TGU), and many more. We do all of the refinery systems.
CUSTOMER SYSTEMS INSTALLATION
Systems come in all sizes. From various industrial piping throughout a building and underground to small systems that sit on the exterior. Whatever the size of the system, they are all important and play their part.
An example of an important, but small, system would be this tank fuel level gauge and leveling alarm system.
When we upgraded a 3 million barrel API fuel storage tank, we replaced and repaired all penetrations to the newest API 650 standards. Then we added a few systems, high and low-level tank gauges and alarms. It automates the process so that tanks can’t be over-filled or pumps can’t run dry when drained.
