At Barclay Mechanical, we are a team, and safety is our number one goal. We realize that everyone has something and someone more important than their job. No schedule, budget, profit, nor pride is more important than being able to go home to the ones we are working for in the first place.
Along with safety, we push each other to bring our very best every day. We seek to be self-thinkers, who can see problems and develop solutions. We encourage our team to take personal initiative and accurately complete each project we have stewardship over. We hold high standards of integrity and have confidence that we honor our word. And last, but certainly not least, we expect hard workers. Barclay Mechanical employees are no strangers to physical and mental hard work. They are the first to jump right in and lift 50 lb Argon tanks, or work out the trigonometry to configure a balanced handrail.
